Hey! Here's my review.

The prologue sets out the horrific mental and physical abuse that the main character endured, explaining why she is so dysfunctional. It was quite disturbing to read and told in the present tense. I prefer the past tense style in the rest of the book. It was only halfway through the book that I remembered that it was classified as paranormal romance. The paranormal element is set out more as a twist than the main theme. There were lots of things that just didn't add up for me, though many other people loved this book. If you like a messed up character healing from a broken past with lots of raunchy sex scenes, then you might enjoy this, as long as you don't keep asking yourself "But why didn't she....."

I listened to the audiobook edition, which I received free from audiobookblast.com in exchange for an honest review. The narrator spoke clearly and at a good pace. She could not be classified as monotonous, modulating a little too much for my taste.
